I went to every single jewelry places and I never could find anything. They always tell me my finger is too small and that I can’t get diamonds on the side cause it will fall out. But when I went to brilliant earth they assured me that I can indeed get it diamonds on the side and found my dream ring and guess what?! I had a great experience at Brilliant Earth! I went to 2 appointments – 1 to shop for an engagement ring, and 1 to shop for a wedding band. Both times exceeded my expectations. We had the entire showroom to ourselves. RJ, the worker at Brilliant Earth, was amazing. He was extremely patient with me and never pushed me to make a decision. We went to a different jeweler before this one, and at the other place I felt rushed and like the lady helping us was pushy and annoyed that I was slow to make decisions. Brilliant Earth was a completely different experience, and I would highly recommend.

The selection of rings is great, I had a specific idea of what I wanted the ring to look like and brilliant earth had designs that matched my idea. As well as having a great updates and timeline of shipping. When I placed the order I received it about two weeks later which was great as I had been slightly worried about it getting on time. The box was simple, but cute and she loved the look of the ring.

Honestly I was a little nervous at first ordering such an expensive item online from a website and store I have never visited. But they blew me away with every detail. The ring showed up on the estimated delivery date that they estimated from the start, it looked even better in person, and they gave me earrings and a necklace for free. Great company.
